Diego Grammatico is the founder of Konto Games.
Diego has started working with video games in 2018, when he first joined Cinecittà Studios, Italy’s iconic film production facility in Rome. There, he supported international outreach for its applied games festival, the Rome Video Game Lab, while launching Italy’s first acceleration programme for video game studios, the Cinecittà Game Hub.
In 2023 he joined Games London, the organisation supported by the Mayor of London to run the London Games Festival and grow the UK capital’s video game ecosystem. He still works there, running the Games Finance Market and the Games London Accelerator programme. He also leads business development and international partnerships, with events including BitSummit, Tokyo Game Show and Games Ground Berlin.
Diego has also led a project for the Embassy of France in Italy, supervising the development of video game Cadentia Farnese (PC, mobile), which tells the story of Palazzo Farnese, the embassy’s residence in Rome.
With Konto Games, Diego aims to create a label which supports a highly-curated selection of uplifting video games, and the authors behind them.
